During its nearly 20 years of existence, the Texas Association of African-American Chambers of Commerce (TAAACC) has been a leading voice in the African-American business community and citizens thereof. During this period, TAAACC has been a leading advocate helping and promoting the development and enhancement of local African-American chambers of commerce and supporting business members from an array of industries. Moving forward, our goal is to continue being an informational and resource conduit in order to help our members thrive and prosper.

The TAAACC convention and fair is one of the state’s top business conferences for African-American entrepreneurs and other organizations seeking to capitalize from the variety of vendors and business owners participating in the event.This year’s "Growing Black Owned Businesses in Texas” will focus and address many issues associated with the development, enhancement and sustainability of minority owned businesses.

TAAACC is a non-profit organization whose criteria for action is determined by the objectives stated in the Mission Statement.

TAAACC interacts directly with the legislative, judicial and executive levels of government to influence policies in accordance with the Mission Statement.

TAAACC is a "think tank" organization for its members, thereby strengthening, stimulating and providing positive advocacy, while disseminating any and all useful data that is beneficial to African-American businesses and communities.
